SECTION 2 - ACCURACY AND OWNERSHIP OF IMAGES AND PRODUCTS

OVERDARK markets gothic and alternative design clothing through an international direct-from-factory distribution and logistics model (Dropshipping).

  • Product images are displayed with the highest aesthetic accuracy possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color or texture on your device's monitor will be exactly identical to the actual product.

SECTION 3 - PRICES AND SHIPPING (RATES AND TRANSIT)

  • Currency: All prices on this website are expressed in Uruguayan Pesos (UYU) unless otherwise indicated.

  • Shipping Costs: The standard shipping cost within the national territory of Uruguay is $220 UYU. Orders that equal or exceed a total amount of $2,000 UYU will automatically qualify for Free Shipping.

  • Transit Times: By working with international distribution and logistics centers, the estimated processing and delivery time to the final customer's address is 10 to 20 business days. These deadlines may be subject to variations beyond OVERDARK's control, associated with national customs checks or delays by postal transport companies.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS, IMPORT, AND FRANCHISES (URUGUAY)

By making a purchase at OVERDARK, the final customer acts as the importer of the product.

  • The user is entirely responsible for complying with the current regulations of the National Customs Directorate of Uruguay regarding the franchise regime for online purchases from abroad.

  • The customer must ensure that they have the available quotas corresponding to the current year. OVERDARK is not responsible for customs retentions if the buyer exceeds their legal import limits or does not meet identity document requirements.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS AND PRICING POLICY

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of the content) at any time.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We undertake to try to notify you in case we make a change or cancel an order via the email or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
