We manage a fixed and transparent cost structure for the entire territory of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay:

  • National Standard Shipping: Has a fixed cost of $220 UYU for any point in the country.

  • Free Premium Shipping: It is completely free for all purchases that equal or exceed a total amount of $2,000 UYU in the shopping cart.

2. PROCESSING TIMES AND TRANSIT TIMES

By working with international warehouses and logistics centers located abroad, deliveries are divided into two stages:

  • Processing Time: Once payment is confirmed, the order is processed, packaged and dispatched from the factory within a period of 2 to 5 business days.

  • Estimated Transit Time: The delivery time to the final customer's address in Uruguay is 10 to 20 business days counted from the moment of dispatch.

Important note: In times of high demand (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday or year-end holidays) or due to delays in transport agencies and customs controls, these deadlines could be slightly extended beyond OVERDARK's control.

3. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking code.

  • With this code, you will be able to track your package's journey in real time through international mail platforms and, subsequently, through the local postal company responsible for final distribution in Uruguay.

  • Updating tracking data in the system may take between 3 and 5 business days after receiving the code.

4. CUSTOMS AND FRANCHISE REGIME IN URUGUAY

When purchasing from OVERDARK, the final customer acts as the importer of the merchandise for personal use. Therefore, the user is responsible for complying with the current regulations of the National Customs Directorate:

  • The customer must ensure that they have the available quotas corresponding to the current year within the franchise regime for international web purchases.

  • It is essential that the billing details (Name, Surname and Identity Card) exactly match the holder of the payment method used.

  • OVERDARK is not responsible for customs retentions, collection of additional fees or delays if the buyer exceeds their legal import limits or enters incorrect data in the purchase form.

5. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESSES OR ABSENCES

  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete, exact and error-free shipping address at the time of checkout.

  • If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete address or due to the repeated absence of the recipient at the address, the local postal company may leave the package at a branch for collection or, ultimately, proceed with its return. The costs generated by the re-shipment of a new package under these circumstances will be borne exclusively by the buyer.
