Return policy
At OVERDARK, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your alternative clothing. By working with an international factory-direct distribution system, we have designed a clear policy to ensure a fair process for both parties.
1. CLAIM AND RETURN PERIOD

The customer has a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product (according to the postal tracking code) to request an exchange or return.

After 30 days from delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. PRODUCT CONDITIONS
For an item to be eligible for return, it must strictly comply with the following requirements:

It must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it.

It must retain its original packaging, intact labels and any accessories with which it was shipped.

Returns of garments that show odors (perfumes, smoke, etc.), makeup stains or obvious signs of use will not be accepted.
3. REASONS FOR RETURN AND SHIPPING COSTS

Factory errors or incorrect item: If you receive a garment with obvious stitching/printing flaws or a different size/color than you purchased, OVERDARK will assume 100% of the management and re-shipping costs. We will send you a replacement garment or process a full refund.

Exchanges due to dissatisfaction or customer size error: If the garment arrived in the correct size you ordered but does not fit as you expected, or you decide you no longer want it, you can request an exchange. In this case, the customer must assume the local shipping costs to send the garment to our reception address in Uruguay.
4. PROCEDURE TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a process, you must follow these steps:

Send an email to [Your support email, e.g., support@overdark.com] with the subject: "Return - Order #[Order Number]".

Attach clear photos of the product where its general condition can be seen (and the defect, if applicable).

Our team will review the case within 48 to 72 business hours and provide you with the delivery address in Uruguay for you to send the garment.
5. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our offices, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank's processing times).
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to our automated logistics model, once payment is made, the order is processed directly with the international factory within a few hours.

Cancellations and direct refunds will only be accepted if requested within 12 hours after purchase.

If the order has already been dispatched and is in international transit, you will have to wait to receive the item and follow the standard return process.
