📦 Shipping and Delivery Times
How much does shipping cost and to what parts of the country do you ship? We ship to all of Uruguay. We have two fixed rates:

Standard Shipping: $220 UYU for any department.

Premium Free Shipping: Completely free on purchases of $2,000 UYU or more!
How long does my order take to arrive? As we work with direct international distribution from the factory to bring you exclusive designs, the estimated delivery time to your home is 10 to 20 business days after being dispatched. Factory processing takes between 2 and 5 business days before dispatch.
How can I track my package? Once we dispatch your purchase, we will automatically send you an email with a tracking number. You can enter it on the global tracking platforms indicated in our "Track your order" section to see the real-time journey. Systems may take 3 to 5 business days to show the first movements.
🛃 Customs and Allowances (Uruguay)
Do I have to pay any extra customs tax upon receipt? No, as long as you have available allowances under the Uruguayan National Customs Directorate's franchise regime for international web purchases in the current year. When you buy on our website, you act as an importer, so it is essential that you use your real first name, last name, and ID number, and that they match the cardholder.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all local and international credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateways at checkout (you can pay with Mercado Pago, Visa, Mastercard, OCA, Líder cards, or collection networks such as Abitab and Redpagos if you have those options enabled).
👕 Sizes and Products
How do I know my correct size? When working with international manufacturing, sizes may vary from standard Uruguayan measurements. In the description of each garment, you will find a detailed size chart in centimeters. We recommend measuring a comfortable garment of yours before buying to ensure the ideal size.
What happens if the product I want says "Sold out"? If a garment or a specific size is listed as "Sold out", it means that the factory is temporarily out of stock of that variant. We constantly replenish stock, so we suggest checking the website a few days later or writing to our support.
🔄 Changes and Returns
Can I exchange a product if it doesn't fit me well? Yes, of course. You have a period of 30 calendar days from when the courier delivers the package to request an exchange or return. The item must be unused, unwashed, and with its original tags and packaging.
Who pays the shipping costs in case of an exchange?

If the product arrived with a manufacturing defect or we sent you an incorrect size/color due to our error, OVERDARK assumes 100% of the costs.

If the product arrived correctly but you need to exchange it because it didn't fit as you expected or you made a mistake choosing the size, you must cover the cost of local shipping to send it to our reception address in Uruguay.
